If a product is not quite what you were looking for or if an item is faulty, you can send it back to us and request an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price provided the item is unworn, undamaged and has the original tags on, by following our simple returns process below:


  • Get in touch with us within 14-days from the date of delivery of your order by completing our online Returns Form below.
  • A member of our Customer Care team will respond to you within 24-hours after receiving your Returns Form with instructions for your return and the returns address.
  • In order to receive a full refund (less shipping costs), you must ensure that all returned products include all tags and accessories and are unused, undamaged, and packaged in the original box. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a returned product does not comply with the terms of this policy.
  • Please package your products securely in the original box and also include your order slip in the box. Return your package to us at the returns address provided by our Customer Care team within 14-days.
  • We advise returning your product using a tracked service to ensure it is safely received at our returns address.
  • All goods are inspected on return. Where returned goods are in satisfactory condition, we shall issue a full refund of the purchase price paid of the product within 14-days of receipt of your return.
  • Where you have requested an exchange, we shall send you a dispatch email once your new product has been shipped. If the replacement item you have selected is out of stock, we shall notify you and issue a full refund of the returned items within 14-days of this email notification.
