If a product is not quite what you were looking for or if an item is faulty, you can send it back to us and request an exchange or a full refund of the purchase price by following our simple returns process below:

  • Get in touch with us within 14-days from the date of delivery of your order by completing our online Returns Form below.
  • A member of our Customer Care team will respond to you within 24-hours after receiving your Returns Form.
  • In order to receive a full refund, you must ensure that all returned products include all accessories and are unused, undamaged, and whenever possible, packaged in the original box. We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if a returned product does not comply with the terms of this policy.
  • Please package your products securely and also include your order slip in the box. Return to us at the address below within 14-days from the date you completed our online Returns Form.
  • Return your product using a tracked Royal Mail service to ensure it is safely received at the PO Box below and obtain proof of postage in case there are any issues receiving your parcel.

  • All goods are inspected on return. Where returned goods are in satisfactory condition, we shall issue a full refund of the purchase price paid within 14-days of receipt of your return.
  • Where you have requested an exchange, we shall send you a dispatch email once your new product has been shipped. If the replacement item you have selected is out of stock, we shall notify you and issue a full refund of the returned items within 14-days of this email notification.
