In order to preserve your handbag, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place in the protective Lawful London dust bag provided with your purchase. The exterior of your bag can be easily maintained throughout use by dusting regularly with a lint-free cloth. To further uphold the bag’s shape and features, avoid placing any pressure on the handles and hardware by hanging or folding the bag when not in use.  

As vegan leather has a non-porous surface, grime, dirt and spillages cannot soak into the material, allowing for marks to be easily removed by spot cleaning using a smooth damp (water only) cloth. 

We offer free shipping on all orders to UK, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands. With the exception of the above countries, orders to mainland Europe below £150, shall incur a shipping fee of £10. All orders over £150 to mainland Europe shall be eligible for free shipping unless otherwise stated below. Shipping charges apply to the following countries:

Order to Norway and Switzerland which shall incur a shipping fee of £10 - £15. All orders to Norway shall be delivered to a pick-up point for collection.

Orders to Estonia, Finland, Ireland and Greece are subject to a shipping fee of £10-£15.

Orders to Jersey are subject to a shipping fee of £6-£12.

Orders to Hong Kong, Indonesia, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore & Thailand are subject to a shipping fee of £30 - £40.

Orders to Canada are subject to a shipping fee of £20-£30.

Orders to Australia are subject to a shipping fee of £30-£40.

Orders to US are subject to a shipping fee of £20-£30.

All duties and taxes are included in the price displayed on our website for all EU orders only. For orders outside of EU, all applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of import/delivery.

Please note that orders to Switzerland, Canada and the United States may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
