The Essentials Pouch can be machine washed at up to 40 degrees. This product cannot be ironed. Once washed, shake out the pouch and air-dry. For best results, hang on a line to avoid creasing.

We offer free shipping on all orders over £60 to UK and mainland Europe with the exception of Norway and Switzerland which shall incur a shipping fee of £10.00-£15.00. All orders to Norway shall be delivered to a pick-up point for collection. Shipping charges also apply to the following countries:

Orders to Bulgaria, Finland and Greece are subject to a shipping fee of £15.00.

Orders to Croatia are subject to a shipping fee of £10.00.

Orders to Jersey are subject to a shipping fee of £6.00-£12.00.

Orders to Japan and Singapore are subject to a shipping fee of £10.00-£15.00.

Orders to Canada are subject to a shipping fee of £10.00-£15.00.

Orders to Australia are subject to a shipping fee of £10.00-£20.00.

Orders to US are subject to a shipping fee of £20.00.

All duties and taxes are included in the price displayed on our website for all EU orders only. For orders outside of EU, all applicable duties and taxes must be paid by the customer at the time of import/delivery.

Please note that orders to Switzerland, Canada and the United States may take up to 15 working days to arrive.
